My role spans product direction, technical architecture, R&D, roadmap, delivery, AI strategy, security posture and deployment. I work where the technical problem and the business problem cannot be separated: the system has to be useful, secure, understandable and shipped.

My foundation was built in the university environment: engineering projects, teaching, mentoring, software leadership and research. I taught algorithms and data structures, object-oriented programming, mobile development, software development technologies and web technologies.

ICPC / Competitive programming

I trained more than 200 teams and built a competitive programming ecosystem around BSUIR. With BSUIR #1, So Stuffy, I coached teams to international finals in Luxor and Astana. I restarted BSUIR Open in 2022 with Ivan Udovin, organised BIT-Cup and founded the Computer Science Cup — preparing problems, attracting partners and training teams.
